Queen Anne's Lace is a thick-and-thin textured bouclé cotton. It is strong but without much stretch, so if you are planning to use it in the warp, match it to other warp yarns with similar elasticity. The thicker areas are stable but be sure to allow plenty of room in the reed and take care when advancing to warp to make sure that no threads are caught in the heddles. It takes dye well, using a fiber reactive dye like Procion.

This yarn comes in a reeled hank, which must be wound into a ball before use. We are happy to wind the yarn for you at no charge, but this does make the yarn non-returnable. If you would like your skeins wound, please request it in the "Shipping Instructions" box during the checkout process. (If you will be dyeing this yarn, it is best to keep it in its reeled hank.)
